Recipe to make Tastey Fried Baby corn

Fried Baby Corn


Preparation Time   15 Minutes

Coocking Time   10 Minutes


Baby Corn   10 to 15. (Cut length-wise into half for frying)

Oil 4 tbsp

Cornflour 4 tbsp

Maida  4  tbsp

Oil  1 tbsp

Pepper Powder ½ tbsp

Chilli Powder ½ tbsp

Salt    to taste


Mix the cornflour, maida, oil, Pepper Powder, chilli  powder and salt together to form a smooth batter. Heat oil in kadai. Dip each piece of baby corn into the batter and deep fry until golden brown and crisp. Garnish with Chaat masala and serve hot.
